Today I want to share another Digitakt track brackdown video with you. I posted the full track some days ago and in this video I will explain the texture design in detail.
This track is based on a very deep and rich texture that I created using the Digitakt re-sampling: The original Sample (a simple Pad sound) was played on 5 separate tracks, each had different pitches, LFO modulations, pannings and loops. I bounced these 5 voices down to 1 sample, which is then again modulated by different LFOs, using the MIDI Loopback feature of the Digitakt.
The other texture of this track was created once more with one of the Digitakt Stock Oscillator Waveforms, which pitches are LFO modulated and resampled as well.
